ONLY STORE PICKUP
Generally, orders placed by 4PM PST that contain items with a 24 hour availability will be ready for pickup
on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed after 4PM PST will be ready by the time the
store opens the next day. Select items may not be ready for pickup for 4-6
days. In both cases, you will receive an order confirmation email that the
order has been placed and a second email once the order, or part of the order,
is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup
email before going to the store to pick up the order.
Estimated Ready to Pickup Time
Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am
to 5pm, excluding United States federal holidays.
The availability of a product is clearly noted
on the product detail page as "In Stock" or "More coming
soon." Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are
either not yet available (Pre-Order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder).
Expected shipment times specify when a product
is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its
final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery
times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the
location of your shipping address.
Backorder products are products that are
temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site.. You will be
notified of the status of your product via e-mail. Expected Ready to pick time (for example,
"Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the
product detail page.
