Shipping

Depending on the merchandise you purchase from the SKYMEMBER.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your merchandise.

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice for your merchandise and the weight and dimensions of the total order.


Same Day Shipping

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Products in stock usually ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.  For rush orders, please contact Customer Service at 213-372-5938.

Please note, periods of high-volume online shopping, like Cyber Monday, may cause a delay in shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding United States federal holidays.


Item Availability

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the product detail page as "In Stock" or "More coming soon." Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Pre-Order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.

Expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.


In-Stock Products

Orders for In-Stock products begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed and are shipped during regular SKYMEMBER.com hours, Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.


Advanced Sale (Pre-Order) Products

Advanced Sale products are products that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Advanced Sale products are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale product via e-mail.

Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the product detail page.


Backorder Products

Backorder products are products that are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. A backorder product that you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your product via e-mail. Expected shipment time (for example, "Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the product detail page.


Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is available for addresses in the continental United States on orders over $50. Customers shipping to anywhere outside the United States (or to locations outside the continental United States) are responsible for shipping costs and any additional taxes, duties or fees that may be incurred. Shipping on business days only, including Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.  

We make every attempt to fulfill orders based on customer requested ship date; however events such as holidays, severe weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can force exceptions to delivery estimates.
